MouseScrappers Design Challenge #17……The Jungle **Update**

Welcome to my part of the Blog Hop for MouseScrappers Design Challenge #17 – Jungle Boogie!!!!!

Okay – I know you are all here to collect my piece of the MouseScrappers Design Challenge, so I won’t blab long – and of course you can always scroll on through to the link…..

But, I just wanted to take a minute to recommend, that even if you are NOT a designer – but you do love to digi-scrap – give it a try! You don’t have to be a designer to join in, and the big bonus is that at the end you get the contributions of EVERYONE – and you have a fabulous kit to play with!
The rules are very easy to understand and follow, and it is so much fun to see what everyone comes up with!
This is the 6th one I have done and I don’t plan on stopping anytime soon! It really is a wonderful personal challenge, and just an enjoyable way to add to my digi-scrap supplies along the way!
We had a theme for this round – it was the Jungle…Disney Style! The idea was to use the Jungle Cruise, the Enchanted Tiki Room, Jungle Book characters, Animal Kingdom, Animal Kingdom Lodge, Rainforest Cafe, etc. for inspiration to make a mini-kit, Quick Pages, Templates, etc.
I was so thrilled with the amazing things that everyone came up with, not that I expected less, it’s always wonderful!!
Anyway – below is a picture of everything that the design group contributed to the main challenge. If you would like to purchase the whole collab – it’s only $3 – and you can get it here –

And here is what I made –
Pretty neat, eh?
And now….on to what you REALLY came for – the blog hop!
Here is my contribution –
You can grab it here –
**Update** Somehow the glitter trail for the butterfly didn’t end up in the mini-kit zip – so here is a link to the individual file. I am very sorry for the inconvenience!
And don’t forget to visit the other blogs to pick up their contributions as well. Please remember that not everyone is in the same time zone, and that technical & personal issues might prevent everyone’s parts from being uploaded right away. If someone listed does not have their part up yet, just check back later!

Kindergarten Queen!!!

Miss K – In September of 2012 you began Kindergarten. You LOVE Kindergarten. However, you are not in a traditional school setting!
You only went to a traditional “brick and mortar” school for 2.5 weeks. Now we learn at home!
We love the fact that you love to learn, and we learned very quickly that public school was just not going to work for you – at least  not right now!!!
You love math and science, and we have art, music, and PE everyday!! We have a special Mommy & Daughter day each year before school “starts” (we school year round so it’s close to traditional school starting that we have our meeting) and we talk about all of the things you want to learn in the coming year.
You were Queen of Kindergarten, and you still LOVE to learn!!!
I used the SUPER cute kit – Too Cool 4 School – by Ginger’s Scraps -N- Pixels, and you can grab it here:
